This week at Charleston Hospitality Group, Tabbuli Grill has some big changes. New Executive Chef Scott Vosburgh appeared on Lowcountry Live to show how to make Ahi Tuna Poke, one of several new menu options Tabbuli is offering. On the Tabbuli blog this week was a post featuring the new modified menu. Tabbuli will still be serving up Mediterranean favorites, but there have been some added changes we think will be very popular. Check out Scott preparing the Ahi Tuna Poke:

Tonight, Eli’s Table will feature Brazilian musician Duda Lucena from 8 to 11 p.m. on the patio if weather permits. If not, the muscial entertainment will be held indoors. Saturday night will feature the Oscar Rivers Trio on the patio. The weather will be cool, but we have heaters to keep everyone warm!

We’ve had another busy week at Charleston Hospitality Group and we’re full of good news to report.

We recently announced our partnership with Chef Eric Gaffin, who will be heading up our new catering division – Charleston Hospitality Catering. We are very excited to have Chef Eric on board. Chef Eric has years of experience catering beautiful events for everything from weddings to private catered parties at home. Executive Chef Steven Jankowski and Corporate Chef Brett McKee of Eli’s Table appeared on Lowcountry Live this past Wednesday to promote Eli’s new dinner service. They prepared the coriander encrusted salmon over lemon herb quinoa and talked about some of the menu items Eli’s Table features. Brett McKee also announced Eli’s Table will be featuring live jazz every weekend – so if you haven’t made it to Eli’s Table yet, be sure to book your reservations soon.

Eli’s Table and Tabbuli announced their Valentine’s Day menu this week. Eli’s Table is accepting reservations for dinner through Open Table. You can view Tabbuli’s Valentine’s menu on their blog.

Charleston Hospitality Group has been up to a lot of good things – planning mostly, for many new things in 2012!

We are getting our new Catering division off the ground, headed up by new Executive Chef of Catering, Eric Gaffin. Formerly of New Dream Catering, Eric has plenty of experience in creating beautiful events – whether it is your “big day” or a corporate event. Stop by and “like” our new Facebook page to see some of Eric’s work. He’s created a beautiful photo album to show you just some of what he can create for you!

We are still very excited about our new dinner service at Eli’s Table. Our dinner service is off to a great start and we’re proud to offer some really great vegetarian and healthy entrees, along with some classic dishes. Watch for Chefs Steven Jankowski and Brett McKee on Lowcountry Live next Wednesday, February 1 as they present one of Eli’s Table’s most popular dinner dishes.

We are also working on upcoming events for both Market Street Saloon locations. Market Street North is planning a big Jimmy Buffett tailgating party, as well as a party on Super Bowl Sunday and both locations are working on Valentine themed parties.
